With a family that is always a comedy show, with some members hard to please - there were nothing but rave reviews!!! Drinks, appetizers, entrees & a nice birthday surprise at the end, the staff are an added lovely bonus. There isn't enough recognition for this dining experience. We left with bellies and hearts so full. Thank you for an amazing birthday!
Phenomenal food and great ambiance. Tried Venison Carpaccio for the first time and it was really good. Plates to share were great. Oysters fresh and delicious. Had the rabbit for an entree and it was one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.
Came here to celebrate my mom's birthday with about 6 other people. The food and drinks were great! I think the appetizers really stole the show, i could've eaten the truffle crostini for my entire meal! Our host was very nice and attentive. We sat in the back room. I'm not sure i would recommend this place if you're trying to have a loud or large get together, we definitely got a few stares from other people dining in because i think they thought we were being "too loud".

Came here on Easter Sunday after waiting finding this place over 2 years ago. Original I went to The Richmond which is down the block and they have the same business partners. When I read their story I knew it would be great based on their chefs story. Vinum's inside space is only set up as a small restaurant with a few tables by the bar, a separate room which is separated in a small space. The big win are the 2 outside tents they have set up with chimineas which have ample space for groups. They also have a set up on the street. The inside is a little old and tired looking although it suites the restaurant well for its wine and food venue. It is not a sterile environment, it's relaxing. The outside areas have a touch of elegance to them. They have an extensive wine and drink menu as this is a wine bar. The staff was very nice right from the start when I made my dinner reservation and spoke with Maria who was very accommodating. We were not rushed, had 4 courses and we were able tell them when we were ready for each course. Everyone worked well together, they were friendly, courteous, accommodating and all the dishes were outstanding. The only negative if you want to call it that was that they have several menus to choose from. Easter menu, main menu, tasting menu only available Tuesday through Thursday, and the pre fix menu, wine and sweet menus as well. It would be hard to think that anyone would be able to say there were not enough choices. We started with the beet salad, cauliflower gratin and veal meatballs. All were a great choice. Second course we split the Fettuccini beef short rib ragu which was amazing. Third course Atlantic wild salmon with potatoes and asparagus. We also had the organic chicken which came with string beans and potatoes. Fourth course was the deserts. We split the chocolate ganache cake served with vanilla ice cream and the Napoleon. Again, great deserts. All in all this was an awesome experience, great wine selection, accommodating staff, outstanding food, and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them and will be back.
